Retailers are selling out of the new RTX 4070 Super, but there are still a few places with availability.
Nvidia revealed the RTX 40 Super Series at CES 2024, and the first batch of products is officially on store shelves. The RTX 4080 Super releases on January 31 for $1,000 and the RTX 4070 Ti launches a bit earlier on January 24 for $800. But right now, you can snag the RTX 4070 Super starting at $600 at select retailers. The GPUs are as popular as you’d expect, as they’ve already sold out at Best Buy–so you’ll need to move quickly if you want to snag one for your rig.

Best Buy is currently sold out of all RTX 4070 models. However, we’re hopeful that new inventory will arrive soon, so check back often if you want to beat the competition and get one.
Nvidia says the RTX 4070 Super is great for gaming in 1440p at max settings, as it features 82 RT TFLOPS compared to the 40 RT TFLOPS seen on the RTX 3070. In other words, it’s a major improvement compared to older models. Depending on the rest of your rig, you should easily be able to hit over 80fps when playing games like Starfield, The Witcher 3, and Forza Horizon 5.
