Assemble a bench of scrap-built windup contraptions and battle the ghost teams of rival tinkerers. TUSSLEWORKS is a cozy 16-bit auto-battler where every pixel was placed by hand — 210 hand-drawn machines, 7 game modes, a ranked ladder, and a full collection to complete.

The Shop Phase

Earn cogs each turn and spend them your way: drag to buy, merge three copies of a contraption to level it up (six for the next tier), sell what you don't need, freeze cards you want to keep in the shop, and install parts to customize your bench.

A Bench Full of Contraptions

210 hand-drawn contraptions plus the Scrapling token, spanning 6 tiers and 7 rarities, including two 1-in-2000 Mythics: The Clockheart, which rewinds a broken ally, and The Perpetuum, whose whole team grows every combat round. Across the roster you'll find summons, cleaving attacks, shields, debuffs, formation pushes, cog-minting, and more.

Solo (win 10 tussles), Tag Tussle (2v2 relay battles), The Gauntlet (endless, ever-scaling), Boss Rush (5 authored bosses), Mirror Match (fight your own team, one notch stronger), and real-time Ranked with an ELO ladder.

Async Multiplayer Ghosts

Every lineup you field is snapshotted and fights other players while you're offline — under your own name if you make the free, optional in-game account.

Workshop Conditions & Overwind

Workshop conditions change the rules each turn, with tomorrow's forecast posted so you can plan ahead. Overwind lets you pay 2 cogs for +1/+1, but 3 strain breaks the machine after its next battle — weigh that risk against the bonus cogs paid out by a good win streak.
