About TETWORD

Rotate the world. Spell it back to life.

TETWORD is a word-puzzle falling-block game with a twist you've never played: you don't just move the blocks — you rotate the entire arena. Glyph cubes tumble in, you spin and stack them into rows, and you clear the board by spelling the target words hidden in the falling script.

It's part falling-block puzzle, part word game, part journey through the writing systems that built human history.

Seven civilizations, seven living scripts

Each chapter is a real ancient culture with its own authentic alphabet or syllabary — rendered as glowing cubes you actually read and spell with:

  • Ancient Greek — the classical alphabet

  • Sumer — cuneiform, the world's first writing

  • Ancient Egypt — hieroglyphs

  • Maya — full-color glyph blocks

  • Arabic — flowing naskh script

  • Japan — the hiragana syllabary

Travel a spinning globe from city to city — Athens, Uruk, Thebes, Tikal, Baghdad, Kyoto — unlocking new scripts as you go. Every civilization mixes familiar Latin-lettered levels with true native-script levels, so you're always learning as you play.

Play in your language — English, Türkçe, Français, Deutsch, Español, Italiano, Nederlands. Menus and puzzle words alike: in alphabet-based chapters you spell real words from your own language, while the ancient-script chapters — hieroglyphs, cuneiform, Greek, Maya — stay true to their civilizations for everyone.

More than matching — a real puzzle

The board fights back. Master the special cubes:

  • Stone cubes block your words and can't be spelled through

  • Bombs blow open jammed columns

  • Shifting cubes cycle their letter as they fall — time them right

  • Anti-clutter clears reward you for tidying the board

Build your Force meter by matching words and clearing clutter, then spend it to freeze a falling cube and line up the perfect play under pressure.

Duel a friend — Choose Your Duel

Grab a second controller for local split-screen versus. Pick your civilization, word length, and script, then race head-to-head to claim words from a shared list — first to the finish wins. Every duel is a different mix, so no two matches play the same.

Built for controller or keyboard

Full gamepad support across the whole game — menus, page-turning guide book, and gameplay — plus keyboard and mouse. Sit back on the couch or lean into the desk.

Train your brain, decode the past

From Brain Gym Games, TETWORD turns quick thinking, spatial rotation, and vocabulary into a puzzle you'll want to keep playing — while quietly teaching you to recognize the scripts that shaped civilization.
