Playworlds is an online, single-player, voice-first AI adventure RPG. Speak—or type—what your character attempts, plan with an in-world companion, and respond to a game master that turns your decisions into the next scene.

Begin with a signal from Mars and step into a volatile frontier of buried secrets, uneasy alliances, and uncertain consequences. There is no fixed dialogue tree: state what you want to do, then decide how to respond when the world answers.

CONVERSATION BECOMES PLAY

• Voice or text — Speak naturally or use the keyboard. A microphone is optional.

• A responsive game master — The AI game master interprets your actions, describes outcomes, and presents new choices, risks, and opportunities.

• An in-world companion — Talk, plan, and adventure with an AI teammate that responds from a role inside the story.

• Persistent journeys — Create, save, and resume campaigns instead of beginning with a blank conversation each time.

• RPG state and consequences — Follow player and party status, action resolution, dice results, inventory, and the history of your journey.

• Spoken performance — Hear generated dialogue and narration while captions and conversation history keep the current scene readable.

• Desktop settings — Configure window mode, graphics quality, frame-rate limit, audio output, microphone input, and voice processing.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN EARLY ACCESS

Playworlds is under active development. Dialogue, narration, and gameplay responses are generated live by AI, so their quality and consistency can vary. Early Access development will focus on reliability, pacing, clearer onboarding, deeper original scenarios, accessibility, and performance across different hardware and audio setups.

An internet connection is required. When launched through Steam, Playworlds uses your Steam identity; no separate third-party account is required.
