About Catch Flex
Your body is the controller.
Catch Flex tracks your whole body — no VR headset, no gamepad, no wearables. Even the menus are gesture-controlled, so you never touch a button. Stand up, clear some space, and move to the beat.
MOVE TO HIT
- Slash — cut blocks in the arrow's direction
- Catch — snag rings with a hand or foot
- Kick — boot the balls, or knock them back with a hand
- Stomp — hit the floor marker right on the beat
- Slide — ride the trail to the end
- Dodge — duck, lean, or step over obstacles
Every song mixes the moves differently — your whole body plays, not your thumbs.
VOL. 1: TEN HAND-CHARTED TRACKS
Original music, 87 to 150 BPM — house, electro, techno. Charted for what a real body can do: everything within reach, no jumping. Play a few back to back and it's a workout.
Not chasing a score? Switch on no-fail mode and just move through the whole song.
SOLO OR VERSUS
Chase the global leaderboards on your own, or go head-to-head in local split-screen Versus. Achievements track you from your first song to an S rank on ten different tracks.
MAKE YOUR OWN LEVELS
Catch Flex Editor runs in your browser — nothing to install, nothing to buy. Bring any song, chart the moves yourself, and load the level into the game. A level is a single file: open it on your device, or send it over your Wi-Fi from any browser, which is how levels reach a TV. You'll find the editor on the Catch Flex website.
WHAT YOU NEED
Room to move, good lighting, your full body in frame, clothes that don't blend into the background. If your device has a camera, that camera is enough. If it has none — on a TV or a console — the free Catch Flex: Controller app turns your phone into one over your Wi-Fi. Versus needs one camera or phone per player. Either way, the bigger the screen, the better every move reads from across the room.
BODY TRACKING STAYS LOCAL
Tracking runs locally, on your own hardware, and camera images are never saved or uploaded. When your phone is the camera, only movement data crosses your own local network — the video never leaves the phone.
PAY ONCE, PLAY FOREVER
The ten Vol. 1 tracks, Versus, and the levels you make yourself — no ads, no subscriptions, yours for good.
Not sure the tracking will like your room? The free demo has the first track, no time limit — same game, same tracking.
See you on the leaderboards.

PC
Minimum
Minimum: Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system OS: Windows 10 64-bit, version 21H1 or newer Processor: Intel Core i3-6100 / AMD Ryzen 3 1200 or better (x64) Memory: 4 GB RAM Graphics: DirectX 11 GPU with 1 GB VRAM — Intel UHD 620, GeForce GT 1030, Radeon RX 550. Enough to draw the game; on this tier let a phone do the tracking (see notes). DirectX: Version 11 Storage: 1 GB available space Additional Notes: No webcam required — your phone can be the camera. The free Catch Flex: Controller app for iOS and Android does the tracking on the phone itself and sends only movement data over your own Wi-Fi, so the PC is left with nothing but drawing the game. That is also the smoother choice on a weak GPU. A webcam works just as well if you already have one. Either way, leave yourself room to stand and move with your whole body in frame, in even lighting.
Recommended
Recommended: Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system OS: Windows 11 64-bit Processor: Intel Core i5-9400 / AMD Ryzen 5 3600 or better Memory: 8 GB RAM Graphics: GeForce GTX 1060 / Radeon RX 580 with 4 GB VRAM - needed only if the PC itself tracks you from a webcam. DirectX: Version 12 Storage: 1 GB available space Additional Notes: Play with whichever you prefer: a webcam, or your phone running the free Catch Flex: Controller app for iOS and Android. Tracking from a webcam runs a neural network on the GPU and needs compute shader support; the phone does that work itself instead. A 1080p 60 fps webcam and even, front-facing light give the steadiest tracking. Local split-screen Versus draws two views and roughly doubles the GPU cost.
